Your Role as a Class Teacher:

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all children reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students
  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure strong learning outcomes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop creative curriculum opportunities
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s positive ethos
  • Engaging with parents and carers to support student development
