Role as an Inclusion Manager:
As Inclusion Manager, you will lead the school’s inclusion agenda, ensuring all pupils – particularly those with SEND, EAL, or additional needs – receive the tailored support they need to thrive. Working closely with staff, families, and external agencies, you will help create an environment where every child is valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the strategic development and implementation of the school’s inclusion and SEND policies
- Managing the SEND team, including teaching assistants and support staff, to deliver targeted interventions
- Overseeing the identification, assessment, and support of pupils with additional needs
- Supporting teachers to deliver inclusive and differentiated learning experiences
