Role as Head of RE:

As Head of RE, you will lead the department in delivering an engaging and thought-provoking curriculum across KS3-KS5. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching and learning while supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and developing the RE curriculum across KS3-KS5
• Inspiring and mentoring RE teachers to deliver outstanding lessons
• Monitoring and evaluating student progress, implementing interventions where needed
• Organising enrichment activities, such as debates, guest speakers, and trips
• Contributing to whole-school initiatives and promoting the importance of RE in the wider school community
