Your Role as Head of Geography:

You will be responsible for developing the Geography curriculum, mentoring teachers, and ensuring outstanding student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the Geography department and shaping an engaging curriculum
  • Teaching Geography across KS3-KS5, including A-Level
  • Organising fieldwork trips, sustainability projects, and extracurricular activities
  • Suppporting and developing teachers within the Humanities faculty
  • Analysing data and implementing strategies to drive student success

  • A qualified Geography teacher (QTS) with KS3-KS5 teaching experience
