Your Role as Head of Business Studies:

As the Head of Business Studies, you will be responsible for leading the department, shaping the curriculum, and ensuring students achieve their full potential in GCSE and A-Level Business Studies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and developing the Business Studies curriculum
  • Teaching engaging and innovative lessons across KS4 & KS5
  • Supporting and mentoring other teachers in the department
  • Organising business-related extracurricular activities, including industry visits and enterprise projects
  • Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies for success

  • A qualified Business Studies teacher (QTS) with experience in KS4 & KS5 teaching
