Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

In these roles, you'll work closely with class teachers to support student learning and development. Whether you’re based in KS1, KS2, or supporting children with additional needs, you’ll be integral to classroom life.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum
  • Providing tailored 1:1 or group support, including for SEN pupils
  • Assisting in classroom management and lesson preparation
  • Encouraging pupil progress and celebrating achievements
  • Participating in whole-school events, CPD, and team collaboration
